Special Orders ? We do sell many items not listed on our web site including everything that BlackHawk Industries (BHI) makes.   If you want other items then just use the link on our web site to surf BHI?s site and email us the SKU numbers for the items you want.  Your purchase price is our standard 10% discount off of the MSRP plus shipping. 

Bulk Orders ? over $500 ? Many units, other retailers and groups of individuals do order bulk gear through us.  Email us with some idea of what gear you want and we?ll work with you.   We do stock large numbers of popular items ready to ship fast.

Shipping Speed - We understand that you guys buying tactical gear generally do not have time to wait for backorders and ?normal shipping service.? We stock everything we sell ? and our goal is to ship your items via USPS priority mail within two business days of receipt of your payment.  If you have a special situation or need then let us know: we will work hard to get you the gear you want, anywhere and on time.

Shipping ? we?ll ship anywhere in the world with an address ? APOs and FPOs are normal US addresses, so require no extra charge.  We keep our shipping as cheap as we can and only try to cover real costs.  We?re not trying to make money on shipping.   APO/FPO and non-US shipments take extra time ? so give it time.

Insurance ? You have the option of buying insurance and choosing a shipping method at checkout.   If you choose to save a buck ? fine ? but don?t complain when your item is late or fails to show up.  Insurance is cheap ? so buy it.

Customs forms - we will not falsify official US government forms, so don?t ask us to.  We will keep the customs paperwork as simple as we can for you non-US buyers.

Returns ? All sales are final.  We do accept returns, but only with prior email coordination and with management ? and given a couple of condition.  (1) Within the first 14 days after shipment.  (2)  If the item is in good order with all original packaging in good order.  (3) We will refund the full item purchase price if the item is defective or we made some substantive error in our advertisement.  (4) If you have decided that the product is not appropriate for your needs, that you?ve chosen the wrong color/size, or have simply changed your mind, then we will accept the return minus a 25% restocking fee.  (5) Shipping charges are not refundable (6) We will not pay return shipping charges.

Privacy ? security - We protect any and all information you provide us and will not pass, sell, or otherwise share that information with any other individual or organization without a warrant ? period.  We take security seriously; we have a shredder and use it daily.

Payments ? We strongly prefer that you pay via our secure credit card service because it is fast, easy and safe. We do accept payments via PAYPAL on our site.  If you are feeling nostalgic and want to snail-mail your payment, that is fine ? just contact us to coordinate.

State Taxes ? Our warehouse is located in Arkansas, so we charge Arkansas state sales tax on all purchases with a delivery address in Arkansas unless a tax ID number is provided ? and in accordance with appropriate laws.

Phone Orders & Mailing Address ? We are exclusively an internet based business and all business should be conducted over the internet.   Because of the 24 hour global nature of the business, and in order to allow our anti-fraud software to provide users with added security ? we do not accept phone orders or walk-in customers at our warehouse.   Therefore our phone numbers and address is not listed on our web site.   If you have an issue and/or question ? email us with the details.   We will exchange contact details as appropriate based on the situation.
